3 Steps to Inner Peace

 

 

1 : Brain Tapping

This technique improves brain function as well as balancing the left and right sides of the brain.
It will clear stress from your body and mind and calm your emotions.

 

 

2 : Deep Abdominal Breathing

This will relax you as well as improve the levels of oxygen getting to your brain and other organs.
Sit or stand, and take 10 long, slow, deep breaths and allow your tummy to expand with an intake of breath and return to normal on the outward breath.

 

 

3 : Gratitude Practice

This will improve your mood and increase your level of joy.
It will make you less reactive and more loving.
Take a few minutes to think of everything you are grateful for.
Do this at least 3 times each day.
See if you can avoid Criticism, Complaining and Comparing yourself to others.
